Green Hills Community

Not only is Green Hills a premier community with lots of amenities, their food is absolutely top notch. High quality, plenty of variety and a great mix of comfort and healthy options. Want a custom coffee drink? They have that too along with a full bistro with quick items to grab on the go.

This is a spectacular senior living facility. I have visited with several residents. Everybody seems to love the community and their neighbors. I can vote for the fact that the facilities are spectacular.

Green Hills has been a perfect place for my mom. When she moved to Green Hills she moved into an independent living apartment. She immediately felt safe and secure, enjoyed exercise classes, and several other social activities! As time went by, she needed more and more help, and the Green Hills staff provided much-needed guidance on when and how to move Mom to the Lindens (assisted-living). The Lindens team has been excellent. They have gotten to know her and are helping her live her best life. She participates in exercise class, still plays Bridge, gets her nails done by the staff, and goes to the Green Hills Salon for her hair. One of the things she enjoys the most is eating with the other residents in the dining room. She never liked eating alone - and you never eat alone when you live

The continuous care that Green Hills offers is the best. The dietary department plans and prepares meals appropriate for residences of all needs whether in independent living, assisted living, or health care. The chefs are creative in preparing a variety of menus using local dairy and produce as possible and quality meats sustainably and humanely raised.

My wife, Nancy, and I are very thankful that we moved into Green Hills about 5.5 years ago. We have the piece of mind to know that we will have competent health care at Green Hills into our waning years. We enjoy the company of the many friends at Green Hills and the opportunities to be on committees that pertain to the operations of the community. We are actively involved with various committees here. We have easy access to University and town activities with community bus rides to such events, as well as to other out of town events. The community is organized to provide for a relaxed retirement living with amenities such as an exercise room, swimming pool, library, private dining, a Bistro and excellent food. In short, WE LOVE IT HERE!
