Green Mountain Car Wash

I am extremely disappointed with Green Mountain Car Wash due to the complete lack of customer service and accountability. I paid for a car wash service that I never received, and attempting to request a refund has been frustrating and unsuccessful. There is no effective way to reach customer support. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and there is no follow-up or assistance provided. As a customer, it feels like once they take your payment, there is no interest in resolving issues or standing behind their service. I would not recommend this place at all

Great neighborhood carwash. I had an unfortunate experience where my car still had soap suds after a wash. I reached out to customer service via email and they proactively resolved it. I'll definitely go back!

Please support the OG car wash guys who were here way before the big washes came in on every block. Pros: upgraded card reader, monthly membership, paper to coin return, no touch automatic, phone number to call in case of issues, $1 vacuum, card or cash washes. Cons: wish they still did the $1 vacuum coin with the washes 9/10 would recommend

I went for a $12 car wash through there automatic wash. I put my card in and it went through the steps then told me to enter my card again and screen just gave me the same prompt. I moved to another Automatic wash paid $12 on my card and I finally received my car wash. I checked my account and sure enough they charged me $24 for the Other machine . I tried calling several times went straight to voicemail. I also text several times no response. This place is a joke

It gets the job done. It’s an old school power washer system. Vacuums are junk but for a quarter stall power wash system it works. Not in a great area; I wouldn’t go there past or near dark; sketchy area. Trash everywhere in some of the stalls. Equipment is ok and gets the job done but systems are effective in getting your vehicle cleaned, washed, and rinsed.
