Greensburg Collision Center

I would not recommend Greensburg Collision based on our experience. Our vehicle was repaired there after an accident that was not our fault and was fully covered by insurance. When we picked the car up, we immediately noticed several issues. The front headlight wiring was visibly exposed, and at night it was clear the headlight was not seated correctly due to a misalignment. In addition, the door was not properly aligned and appeared to have been propped during repair, which left a dent along the bottom. When we called, the office staff was friendly and told us to bring the car back, which we appreciated. However, when my husband returned with the vehicle, the manager stated the door had not even been removed during the repair process, which was concerning given the alignment issue. They

Laura, the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The estimator, I think is Evan Ott was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Omg these people are awesome. The secretary is super friendly and the car was fixed superbly and in 1-day. I think they forgot to buff out the door, but we asked about it and they did it right there real quick. Lovely bunch. Def would come back if my car breaks down again.

The staff from top to bottom is outstanding here. Kept me updated throughout the whole repairs process. Car looks amazing. Will recommend to others!

I have used Greensburg Collision in the past with no issues. Unfortunately this time there were issues with the alignment of the bumber to the fender and the quality of the paint in-between. I refused delivery the first time pointing out the areas that need attention. When I was called back there are still issues. The gap is off and there is still some defects between the bumber and fender. I have no time to complain and wait again.
