I had to have my transmission replaced in my C5 Corvette that another company didn't do such a great job on. Logan, Tammy and the team at GTC took great care of me, handled the warranty issue and overall, I'm very happy with their service! I picked up the car today and it drove like it should.

Took them 3 months to get my car back to me. There are mechanics that get the trans done in 3 days let alone 3 months. Got the car back and still had issues that the car didn’t have before taking it to the shop. These guys were very selfish during the 3 month process. Then after all that they referred me to general repair to get a couple things on the engine done. Guess what, that mechanic sucks as well!! Don’t recommend there are many other trans shops locally that are not family owned and will get it done fast.

Excellent customer service! I only wish I had gone here before taking my car to a non-transmission shop. Tammy has been so helpful from the beginning. Coming out of a bad service experience, I was extremely discouraged. Jared diagnosed immediately that the transmission that was installed was bad. He explained everything in great detail. They did all of the warranty processing as quickly as possible and my car is finally running like it should. Highly recommend for all transmission work!

The owner, Tim, goes way above and beyond what the average transmission specialist does. I was not even a customer but went in for advice, and he spent a solid hour with me driving my car while listening, looking at his diagnostic computer, and filling my head with knowledge about Transmissions! One of a kind!

These guys transmission work is great. My Uncle Vic has now had two of his older vehicles brought in and and had new transmissions installed. They both run smooth as can be. Well worth the money. Many more years to enjoy with his old favorite cars!
