I spent $80K on a 2021 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye, and this has been one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The dealership delivered the car to my home with no temporary tag, and my salesman Ryan promised they would overnight it, that never happened. I didn’t get my temp tag until a week later, and now 20 days after that, it’s expired because they still hadn’t sent my paperwork to the tag office. I tried calling and texting Ryan, no response. I called the dealership and was forwarded around. I was respectful, never rude or aggressive, so there’s no excuse for being ignored. The only person who actually helped me was Sabrina in finance. She was the only one to step up, send my paperwork to the tag office, and mail me a new temp tag. Now, to make things wors

Terrible experience. The car we were looking at was listed as $13,194 and had been on the lot for over 2 months. The salesman tried to sell it to us for $14k after we requested $12k. We requested $12k because we had a mechanic look at it and told us all the issues with the car. $14k is way over the listed price. Seller definitely tries to exploit women who try to buy cars. Do not trust them at all.

I had an amazing car buying experience! I actually drove out of state, 3 hours there and 3 hours back and I am so glad I did. Alex & Matt (both awesome & both are no longer there) started my car buying experience and Morgan finished it. Talking to Morgan felt like I was talking to a good friend, not a sales person. Everyone was friendly but still professional. I never felt like they were being pushy. Even the finance manager, Sybrina, was amazing! I highly recommend coming in and asking for Morgan for any new/used car sales. I love my new Grand Cherokee!
