Very unprofessional experience. I chose this shop because they said they service Mercedes, since it was just an oil change. but it was a big mistake. My car was given to an inexperienced technician. I paid almost $120 for a basic service and shortly after noticed oil leaking around the front tires. When I checked the engine bay, oil was spilled everywhere, clearly overfilled or not cleaned properly. I brought the car back the next day, but nothing was fixed. Instead, they broke my engine oil dipstick. It’s now been over 2 months and they still haven’t replaced it. The guy told me it’s common in mercedes to get broken, but if you broke it, it’s you who need to replace it not me. Even worse, they tried to super glue the dipstick, and left the super glue cap inside the engine bay, which I fou

I trust GCA over the dealerships any day. The staff is the best around. They treat all of my vehicles like their own. I have had some repair issues but they made sure to take care of it no matter what it took. I'm very grateful for Greg's Champion Auto. I had chosen them when my wife's suv suddenly stopped working. It was still under warranty, however the part we needed was on back order and the place I purchased it from in the Cities was of no help and wouldn't provide me a loaner car. I knew of Greg's Champion Autos reputation and public outreach, I just never thought I would be the one they helped. For nearly three months they let me use a loaner car. My wife and I felt guilty knowing that maybe people less fortunate may need that car. The place we purchased our car from offered a rental at $800 dollars per month and that seemed terrible on top of the payment we were already paying on our Suv.
