Friendly, knowledgeable, and great service. They've helped my by inspecting a vehicle I was planning on buying, and left a thorough inspection report that I could easily view online. They then called me to see if I had any questions and offered to explain in person too. They're very helpful over the phone as well. I've brought my vehicle back for routine services and diagnosis and they make it easy.

Always a great experience at the Covington location. They are very communicative and always keeps me updated on any recommendation or if service has been completed. They are always quick so I usually wait or take a walk nearby. Although I forget my coupons at times, they still accomodate the offer. Great customer service and auto service overall! Would recommend!

Took care of my aging Honda and kept it reasonable for my budget. Happy to have it fixed up and back in action. Staff was friendly, report I got on all issues to fix was thorough, yet I didn't feel pressured to fix all of it (nor was it advised!). Will likely return here instead of my previous dealership.
