My boyfriend took my car to get an oil change 2 weeks ago. When he took the car they told him that the ball joint on the passenger side needed to be changed. Thursday he took it back so they can change it. They called that the car was ready, but when he picked it up the car was making a loud noise on same side. We figured we were gonna take the car back the next day. That same day we went on the high way and the car was making the noise even harsher we quickly went back home and when we parked the car it froze and wouldn’t move, we got out to inspect it and the wheel came off along with the cv axel.We called them and they automatically knew it was the lower ball joint which they were supposed to check as well when fixing it but failed to do so. We had to tow the car there and they did not

Who ever the main mechanic is clearly doesn't spend time addressing the problem. I brought my vechicle here to get my transmission looked at because the light was on and it would not drive. He told me I needed a whole new transmission, used 6K. I said I'll have it towed to a dealership and it turned out the transmission was perfectly fine and the light sensor needed to be replaced.

They made me miss my second day of my child school pick up because they lied to me and told me my car would be ready that morning when it was never ready. They are really playing with fire . My kid comes before anything. They got the part wrong and I will have to wait an extra half of a day. I will never in my life come back here. Don’t even waste your time. By the time I got there today there was another guy waiting for his car for four hours just for an oil change. I don’t care how busy you are. You treat people with respect. He gave me one price and then charged me $200 extra. Please do not waste your time. He did not care that I had to go pick up my kid from school. They ended up ordering the wrong part. I just don’t understand how he is still in business.

My boyfriend took his car to fix the window, he was charged $400 to change the control, after it was supposedly fixed he had to take it back again he took it back 4 times and nothing. Update: Honda Civic gold, charging $400 for the Window control and still not working it's not alright we ain't rich, if you could not fix it at least give half the money back and he could go somewhere else, he was supposedly get a call when ya had a new window control and it's been 2 maybe 4 month and he has not heard from ya.

I can't trust this guys were so aggressive when I said can I fix my small trailer tire. They said no. Ok them I just try to fix it quickly while they fix my pick up truck tire and he was so mad with me and refuse to provide me the service. I just their gas pump and their service since 4 years and he piss me off
