best shop experience I’ve ever had, my truck wouldn’t start and I stranded down some back road. I called them and they suggested a great towing company. They got to work right away when I arrived. They ordered and replaced multiple parts until they found the issue. Turned out to be quick fix in the end. They put all my original parts back on and only charged me for the actual problem! They were super friendly and super helpful. I wish all shop experiences could be this goood. I am not from the area and they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything they were doing. Highly highly recommend!

There was a slight miscommunication with the answering service so my car was going to be unavailable for longer than expected for its diagnosis. The guys were all leaving for lunch and it threw off my schedule but I understand that outsourced services can be difficult to train. They called me an uber and as I was waiting, they asked me to stand by because one of the mechanics offered to take a later lunch to look at my car right away! Soon after they came back with the same diagnosis as the previous inspection from my first opinion. They gave me the course of action I expected and a quote I was happy with so I gave the go ahead to do the work. A few house later I returned and thankfully I had a best case scenario! It took them a little more work than anticipated to get to that best case

Helpful, kind, decent waiting room for staff and children. Clean bathrooms, complimentary drinks. Came to get new tires mounted and balanced and they had competitive pricing. Waited about as long as you’d expect in a busy shop. Will consider doing more business with Greulich’s based off their transparent prices and great staff.

We have been using this Greulich’s for a couple of years and each time of service I have not been unhappy with the service. They have been great. Oil changes, tire rotation, price, great. Brake change, great. Fluid changes, great. Tune up, great. I highly recommend using their services.

Needed an oil change. Didn't have appt but they squeezed us in. They always do a full inspection and boy oh boy, I needed two new tires and a few other minor things. Their communication is amazing and got me back on the road in just a few hours. Prices are fair and affordable. Love these guys.
