Sun City Festival by Del Webb- 55+ Retirement Community

Our experience with Del Webb / Pulte Homes was very enjoyable! Building a home is full of anxiety but Del Webb did a great job of explaining the process and delivering on their word. We have built several houses in our life time but none was this relaxed delivered as promised. They have their act together in building a house!

Wonderful place the employees are terrific beautiful setting but Israel know it's about 15 minutes to drive to shopping but other than that the houses are beautiful the pools fantastic clubhouse. The lower price points compensate for the distance you have to drive

I had a great experience with our sales rep Elaine Ransom who was wonderful and accommodating. She kept us in touch with regular emails on available homes with price changes and incentives, which was very helpful with deciding the right home. Very happy with the quality of the home we bought. Big thanks to Elaine. The whole process was very smooth from start to to finish with Steve Jamey the construction manager who was very thorough with the final walkthrough and who was professional but personable and can be reached easily via call or text. Additionally Sun City Festival is a beautiful community not just aesthetically but its resort style amenities is what sold us to this place.

We are looking to downsize. Get ready for retirement. Great models and great staff at sales center. Lori is helping us throughout the process. Beautiful part of the Valley. Prices are reasonable. Amenities are great. Everyone we have spoken to while looking at the facilities tells us to move there , it's wonderful.

We've had a great experience with the Pulte team....from the sales Mgr, to the mortgage people and a great construction manager. All have been very helpful!! We have now hit the 1 year mark and still give the home and our experience with the customer service rep (Seth) 5 stars. He has been very responsive and very helpful. Responded to any questions quickly and resolved the few issues I had. Would highly recommend Seth and the Pulte home we are in. Love it!!
