The other day my Prowler Hot Rod had an alarm failure, and I needed a tow truck near me fast. I just happened to spot a Rockfire Transport truck and gave them a call. Gary provided excellent service. I had an accident that caused coolant and radiator damage. Had to schedule a tow in advance at home (1/16/2026 at 7am). He carefully and safely secured the car (had to trick the Neutral position to minimize overheating) then he offered me a ride to the shop. After dropping the car off, he drove me to the car rental place which I appreciate. I can tell he really enjoys his job and is always in a good mood and full of stories. Gary is absolutely AMAZING!! He towed our car from Queen Creek to Tucson today, he got stuck in the parade that we had no clue about, but he made a way in and out with police escort and he is such a nice guy, I’d recommend him a thousand times!!
