Griffeth Ford

Literally. Picked me up at the hotel when I flew up from NJ to get it. Dustin Haines. That's the guy to see. No finer Aroostook folks than that guy. A perfect experience with Griffeth Ford, Presque Isle. Although I am from New Jersey, I was stationed at Loring from 1989 until it closed, and likewise own property now in Caribou. I preferred to give my business to The County, and placed my order for a 2024 Maverick with the Lariat trim. The experience was exactly why I did so. Better State, better people, and the best of customer service. Dustin couldn't have made the purchase any more excellent than it was. Great stuff.

We bought our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Griffeth. Jordan found us exactly what we wanted and got it to us at a fair price. It was a great experience overall working with him and the dealership in general. Included with our purchase we also received a free oil change, tire rotation, and a wash. When we took them up on this offer, my wife and one of the kids ended up being sick and we couldn’t work out how to get it there. Andrew from service said, no sweat, we’ll come get and return it to you. They came good on this and it all worked out great. 10/10 would definitely buy and use for service again. -Jeremy Sirois

They did a great job. Took a minute but that is to be expected. Scheduling with shops and insurance agencies take time. In the end they got us in and out and the price was more than fair. I would highly recommend them.

The guys in service are awsome. The customer service from Alec and his coworkers are phenomenal he is the man he is so polite. Always has a smile even when he answers the phone and will to help thank you guys at Griffin Ford and Mitsubishi service center oh and thanks for the car wash 😀 that's what I mean above and beyond 😀

I went to fill my pick up and saw I had a cracked fuel neck. Went by griffeth and met with service. They ordered my part after verifying it was correct scheduled me in. Ordered part and squeezed me in.
