Griffin Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Service Department

We have used Griffin multiple times for our son’s Jeep. They are reliable, honest, and well priced, even offering a military discount for Veterans. We will continue to use their services, but hopefully won’t need them!

The service manager, Kay, is the best in the business. She is always helpful, and does everything in her power to get your needed repairs completed. She has put together a good staff. They are friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. If you go anywhere else, you’ll be disappointed. They are going through remodeling so there are some growing pains. But a great place for car repair and rentals

Amazing experience! The service department rocks it with outstanding customer service! Kay is wonderful and she knows her stuff with her years of experience in the auto industry. She gave me a ride to work and dropped my car off after my service was completed. I will return for further services.

Scheduled appointment a week ahead of time for a basic oil change, tire rotation, as well as looking at brakes and possible replacement. They were booked that far out which was fine. They said they would come pick it up from my work at 8a or 9a to complete. I said I needed it done by 2pm but at the absolute latest but really would like it done by noon or 1. Day of, no call to pick it up by 9:15a. I have to call them and it appears there were no plans to come get it. I get there around 12:15 to pick up and assume it’s wrapping up but it has yet to be touched. They said they have someone coming in at 1pm to complete it. How would my oil, tire rotation, and brake replacement possibly all be done by 2pm which was the latest time possible?

I dropped my car off on a Monday morning because it started to make a funny noise on Sunday. Best part is that I was leaving for vacation that Wednesday! They didn't have any appointments but Alan was able to get my car worked into the schedule and get my car repaired in time for my trip. Thank you for being so accommodating with such short notice. Your efforts are truly appreciated!
