We recently needed to replace my husband’s 2007 car, which had become unreliable for his work commute. We were looking for something dependable, and the team at K & F Auto in Jefferson made the entire experience a great experience overall. The staff and sales team were incredibly communicative from start to finish. They answered all of our questions with patience, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the whole process. They were all genuinely kind and easy to work with. I bought my first car from K&F in aug 2025 and fell in love with the GMC that I bought. The experience with them at first was great. However, 2 weeks after I got the car. The check engine light came on. I called to set up at time to have them look after my GMC and they told me that the cadillac converters was bad and wanted to charge me almost 1800 to have it fixed. I didnt feel that was right as it was under warranty. After that coolant started to leak into my oil. This SUV goes though oil like I never seen before. This is just a few of the issues I've been having since I bought this vehicle. I won't be coming back to K&F. Im trying to get out from under this vehicle Not even 6 months Again this was the first car bought for myself and so much extra stress that no one should be going t

The people at K&F Auto were very pleasant and knowledgeable in all aspects of the car purchase from viewing and test drive all the way through the sale procedure. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.
