Griffin Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

This is the absolute worst dealer to purchase a vehicle. They will not stand behind their product inventory. I was looking to purchase a 2025 Ram 2500. My local dealer did not have what I wanted so we did a dealer locate for a truck that had the options I wanted. The closest dealership was Griffin CDJR in Jefferson Wisconsin. My dealer called them and they said sure, we can have that truck. My dealer sent a tow truck 3.5 hours one way, 7 hours round trip, to pick up that truck so it wouldn’t have hundreds of miles on the odometer. At about 4:00 pm on Thursday September 11th the tow truck arrived at my local dealer with what should’ve been my new truck.
