Great experience with an oil change service. I waited in the lobby beside a cozy fireplace and complimentary beverages. Tyler was a polite and friendly service provider; he estimated an hour wait and it took exactly an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and complimentary car wash.

UPDATE - Following my initial review, the service manager followed up and asked about re-doing the car detailing. The service department was apologetic and accommodating with scheduling. A much more thorough detailing job was done this time. Initial Review - My husband brought my car to Griffin Ford for a standard detailing package. When we picked the car up the this morning, it was immediately obvious that the service techs did not do a very thorough job. There is still a lot of dust and dog hair on the seats and floors, in between the seats and center console, and across the dash and vents. It doesn’t look like underneath the back seats was vacuumed.
