Mr. Nick and Mr. Jamie both provided friendly, top notch and great customer service. My car issues were completely resolved and the mechanics did a great job ensuring things were done correctly and in a timely manner. Griffins is my go to place for any of my car needs. I truly thank each of the staff there for all their hard work and care that they put into their services. I have never been let down here.

Brad Griffin and his crew are excellent. He helped me pick out aggressively cool looking tires for my Jeep Wrangler. The tires they ordered arrived next day. Dropped me off and picked me up from work in Uptown day of tire change. They even called me up about my expired inspection and got that sorted for me. Highly recommend!

Great shop with friendly staff! I came by because my tire was leaking air. They quickly helped me change to my spare and ordered a replacement tire that arrived the very next day. Throughout the entire experience, they treated me with respect and dignity. Highly recommend!

I initially contacted this business on Tuesday afternoon looking to get an alignment done. I was told they operate on a first come first service basis and do not take appointments, but to call first. Fair enough. I contacted them again the next day and was informed by Nick that they were backed up and I could drop my car off the next day to be “worked in,” but to call first. I call the next morning with intent to drop my car off and was kindly told (by Skip, I believe) they would be working on another car for a few hours and to call back after lunch to see if I could drive in. I call at 1:00pm the same day, as suggested, and was again told by Nick that they were backed up until closer to 2:30. I said great! I’ll come by at 2:30 instead, no problem. Can’t say enough about this shop. After being totally ditched by my Volvo Specialty garage, I came to Griffin hesitant for engine work … they have only done my tires in the past … turns out they have incredibly knowledgable Technicians and I just had them do my timing belt … if you own a volvo, you know how you are preached to about “never trust a non volvo certified tech to work on your car “ speech - Brice had my car for about a day and a half, ordered the necessary tool to get to my timing belt and it was done well, and pricing reasonable. If you have a volvo, take your Swedish baby to Griffin. Honest, fair, and top notch. Great group of people that treat your car as if it is a family members car. 10 stars if I could - thanks guys!
