Grubb Hitch,RV & Trailer Center is the BEST. I am a full time traveler. I was going East to Massachusetts from Missouri and my 5th wheel brakes started acting up. I found out about Grubb through the Campground I was staying in ( Wolfies Campground) in Zanesville Ohio. I called Grubb made an appointment for Wednesday 09/10/2025 dropped my camper off at 0815 and received a call from Grubb at 1130 that my camper was finished. AMAZING TURNAROUND. Scott and his crew are amazing. Complete brake job in just a few hours. I took the camper out for a ride to seat the brakes and I am happy with job. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO GRUBBS HITCH, RV&TRAILER CENTER ANYONE traveling on 70 east or west in the Zanesville area and you need trailer or RV work. Grubb is “ the go to guys” They get a “10 out of 10 from me”

Took my dump trailer there to have solenoid checked out. These guys are great. They stand behind their work. I appreciate Scott so much.

The people at Grubbs are great! We updated our tow car on our motorhome and needed the faceplate and wiring installed. They did such a nice, neat job of installing and it worked great. After we came home from a trip we were having some light issues on the tow car and they fit us in a couple times until they got it all figured out. Thank you for the good work you do!

Had an issue with pipes on a custom converted RV. They were kind enough to take a look right away as I was traveling through the area. Took the time to try to find a solution. Didn't have the parts I needed but told me what to get and where to get it. Wouldn't let me pay them for their time, so I hope this review is a sufficient thank you. Good people here. And they have a cat at the counter! Anyone who loves cats is a friend of mine. Would definitely come here if I ever needed anything.

I had some emergency maintenance that needed done on my RV and everyone was booked up the next couple of months. These guys did everything they could and got me scheduled for the following week. They stayed in constant communication with me and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had been on another mechanic’s schedule and he ended up having an open spot so I had to go with him due to emergency situation. I will definitely be using these guys for any work needed in the future.
