GTG Peterbilt - Davenport

November 1st I picked up my new to me 2020 Peterbilt 389. I couldn’t be more pleased with the truck and my salesmen Jamie Goodding. Going into the process I was just looking and he knew that. He took the time away from his doings and showed me the truck. took it around the building and I liked it, but was on the fence. Jamie gave me his card and said If u want it call me. Needless to say I called him and we got the process rolling. Long story short. He worked the weekend on my time schedule 2 times when salesmen don’t work Saturdays. He never was pushy. Super helpful. Polite. Even called after the deal was done to make sure I was happy with it. Even bought me a purple soda to match the truck when I picked it up!! Call Jamie you won’t regret it!

Our truck was broke down , Brad and the great mechanics took excellent care of our truck . They kept us updated on what was going on . They are the best people we've dealt with for our truck . We even had extra work done , they installed LED headlights that make it look awesome . I recommend them very highly . They care about their customers.

From the drivers point of view, company bought brand new 2025 from them, not a fleet truck either, owner op specs. Took it in to get a few add ons done, only did about half of what was asked, left the interior a total disaster. Spilled something down my door which I cant scrub off, left small slivers of copper wire on the interior floor. Didn't see it in the dark and my poor dog got it in his paw. Nothing short of a miracle that I discovered it, his hair is the same color. Ya'll need to do better. This is pitiful to say the least.

Showed up late in the day on July 3rd. Got me in and diagnosed right away. They where closed on the 4th, but started working on my truck first thing on the 5th. Great staff here and did what they could to help me out. Even though I spent a pretty penny to get my truck fixed. I am sure I would spend about the same at any other dealership. It was well worth the money for the service I got here. Thank you to everyone here.

I brought my peterbilt here to have a hood hinge bolt installed. This is how it was returned to me. After complaining they took it back and did it correctly. I had to explain to the technician how to properly adjust the hood also. I've had 2 previous experiences here back when they were "Quad City Peterbilt". The first was good. And the second was just ok. I'm 1 staring because had I not checked after them you see how they would have returned my equipment. And I cnt help but believe it was intentional. Thts hard to miss and as soon as I opened the hood I knew something wasn't right.
