They were fantastic! We got a great car for a great price and the staff was amazing. They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Aileen was great at letting us the car we wanted for a very fair price. The rest of the staff, the mechanics and financing staff were top notch.

I went to look at a car this dealership had on their lot, and my advise is to stay away! The car had damage to it and was not clean at all. When I asked if they could detail it, I was told it had been detailed, but there is a car wash down the road. I asked about service records, and I was told I don’t need to worry because the car comes with an aftermarket warranty- not really the answer I wanted. When I started asking about financing, she just kept asking how much I could afford monthly. I said I wanted to know what the best price was on the car, then we could talk monthly payment. I was told it does not work that way- tell me how much you can afford to pay and I will make the numbers work. I walked out of their feeling very misled and it was a huge waste of time. Calling my attorney. Don’t buy a car from this place. I have owned the car for 4 months, and 2.5 months of that the car was in the shop for repairs. First it was a chip in the windshield when I took ownership of the car, then the car was leaking coolant and needed the turbo and gaskets replaced. I got the car back, it broke down again. Took it to another shop and the car needs a catalytic converter and a wheel bearing. I contacted them, and they won’t take any responsibility. The paperwork they gave me lists a 30 day warranty, but in CT and for the cost of the car, it’s mandatory 60, and that coverage extends to items that the dealer has been notified of during the warranty period.
