Guaranteed Auto Glass

Thank you I-95 for the construction which shot a stone into my windshield. Very frustrating on a 2022 Toyota Tundra with just over 18,000 miles on it that I take very good care of. Looked into Safelite Auto Glass which is the area's popular windshield replacement shop. In reading the "recent reviews" - WOW - absolutely didn't wanted to chance it based on the many negative reviews. Called my local/quality body shop (Perry & Lathrop - Waterford) who has been in business forever and looked for their input. Was recommended by Randy to call Lance (owner) at Guaranteed Auto Glass. Sure glad I did! Called Lance and he walked me through the process as I never had this issue in all my years of driving. Filed my claim with the insurance company - spoke to Lance within a day confirming the VIN number

Had the Tech Eric come to fix my windshield today, he was awesome!!! Very personable, friendly and knowledgable. He went above & beyond my expectations. Definitely would recommend this company!!! Very reasonable and quick to respond. Thank you Eric!!!

Great place to call if you need auto glass replaced. They were quick, on time, great price, best customer service. We are from Georgia traveling to see family in Sterling Connecticut and our windshield was smashed by something kicked up on the highway in Georgia. These guys got us on the schedule and quickly fixed our problem. If I am in this area again with a auto glass issue I will call them first and I suggest every one else to give them a call.

These people don't return messages, tried for a month to get them to respond. Finally tried going through my insurance which prompted a response from them 12 days after they were assigned the claim, then they called back from an unknown cell phone number and left a couple rude messages when I didn't pick up. Plenty of other places to get auto glass, and I don't think these folks will be around much longer either.

I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I was very satisfied with their patience, professionalism and experience installing the original windshield in my 1964 Chevy C10 pickup. Thank you
