T&S Oil

Recently moved to Moosup. Needed an oil change and vin number check. Glad I decided to call T&S. They were able to get me in next day! Friendly service, fast, and affordable. Found my new auto repair shop! Will absolutely be back for any future car issues.

Waited 40 minutes for emissions with one vehicle ahead. They failed new 150 w/17k miles because they couldn’t figure out how to plug into computer. Went to CDLS right after in Danielson and was out in 5 minutes with PASS. Incompetent

Every time I go there to get emissions done there time to close has changed on Saturdays and the women there is rude saying we just took are last one for the day we are leaving this place is trash and she is rude and needs to be removed from dealing with customers I will never go back there and won’t tell anyone to go there I hope they go out of business I never hear anything good about the place I will also be reporting them to the dmv state of Connecticut

Rude, never once been this establishment until today, they have a small parking lot and there were absolutely no visable parking spots. I understand that you have to move vehicles around at a mechanic shop, so i parked to the side so i wouldnt block anything or the bays. When i walked in i got grilled about how i didnt park in a parking spot and i wouldnt be helped until i moved my car. Lady at the front desk is rude, i left and will not be coming back.

Counter person was rude, insensitive and literally a jerk. Price was high for the brake job however I understand everything seems to be pricey now. However, when a counter person treats people cold and like they have cooties, she can't touch their phone because oh... it might give her something. I would never treat anyone like that. She shouldn't work with the public if she is afraid of her shadow. I will Never go back there for that reason. It is so important that you have staff represent the business with care and respect.
