Guardian Truck Sales

I bought a 2023 Freightliner Cascadia about two months ago from Vanguard Truck Centers in LaVergne, Tennessee, with 442,000 miles on it. After driving only about 1,000 miles, the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted the sales staff and was told to bring the truck back. Their shop checked it, found multiple codes, and then told me to take it to a dealership because there was no warranty coverage for these issues. This problem started just two days after I picked up the truck. About one month later, I had ABS sensor problems, and then a week after that, I discovered serious issues with the rear axles. The axles are making noise and appear to be failing. I’ve been told they need to be replaced, and the repair cost is around $10,000. I already spent for this truck around 5k$,
