Guerrero Tire and Auto really impressed us! We ordered a Landsail Mud Terrain tire and had it in hand the very next day. As soon as we pulled up, they were on it—quickly mounting the tire on the rim and getting it back on our vehicle without delay. The price was super reasonable, and it included everything: the tire itself, mounting it, and reinstalling it. No hidden fees, no waiting around. Fast, friendly, and fair—exactly what you hope for in a tire shop. Highly recommend!

This is a a horrible place to bring your vehicle they have my vehicle for a whole week for all pain that I have purchased and it turned to one day turn to 22 days 2 days turn to a whole week now here I got my vehicle this is my first time getting my oil changed and here they send me a metal which the oil still leaking in the pump I thought these guys was really true but they don't have a lawsuit

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called asking for 225/40/18 to which the man said he has. I showed up and waited for 2 1/2 hours for someone to finally talk to me. To which they proceeded to put the wrong tires on 235/40/18, and they only did 2 wheels out of the 4 I brought. Then they argued with me about what was said over the phone. Come back the next day (drove an hour) just for some guy to walk up to me and say they’re closed. Not to mention they absolutely cut my rims up leaving deep gashes in the faces on them. The only part was the tire price everything else absolutely sucked.

My kids and I were traveling to NC from FL, when my front left tire blew. I had a donut spare I put on and we made it to Guerrero Tire shop. Everyone was so kind, I was scared being a woman and never changed a tired before. They got me a new tire on for the such and affordable price and I just can’t thank them enough for their amazing hospitality towards my family.

They are the worst spent 150 dollars and they do not know how to seal a tire on a rim ,when can back the same day they wanted to charge me an additional 20 dollars I asked them keep that tire and they kept the tire and did not give the money back I strongly not recommend coming here.
