Wonderful first impression. Very nice and accommodating. Paula is great, very consumer service oriented. Jeremi was very straightforward with my estimate and the best ways to approach my repairs. Best collision shop experience that I have ever had so far.

I can say honestly that if anyone had a problem, it wasnt because of guillorys themselves. People dont understand the bs that they have to put up with in terms of dealing with insurance companies and parts getting delivered damaged and having to be sent back. Customer service is great and the quality work they do is A+. Highly recommended.

They replaced the hood, patched the dings, and repainted with a Perfect Color Match.
