Recommended by Grappone Toyota and was a preferred provider of MMG insurance. They came right out and towed our car to the shop. Dealt with the insurance company directly. Kept me informed on the status and made it look as good as new! Before and after pics.

Got a door replaced after a recent hit and run. Customer service was great overall! The new door looks like-new aesthetically but isn't quite installed correctly (Wind noise/air at highway speeds and the window doesn't function correctly and is squealing during operation.) so I will have to bring it back to Guimond's to be fixed a second time. My new car also had an excessive amount of debris scattered around the interior of the vehicle when I picked it up. Didn't love that, I'll be honest! I will give an update to this review once the door has been looked at/fixed and the window functions as intended. Update: Joel and crew were able to diagnose what was the cause of the wind noise and the window making that horrid noise and fix them both.

If you need any body work done on your vehicle, take it to Guimond's Auto Body in Concord NH. They do amazing work. My car looks brand new, clean, and cared for after a vehicle crushed the driver side. I am beyond happy with their work!!!
