Can't say I can reccomend this shop personally. I hope most encounters are not like mine. I was told after my alignment that my upper control arms are extremely rusted and need to be replaced. The control arms in question are two years old and do not have rust. When I drove away I also noticed a heavy cigarette smell in my truck like someone had smoked in it. Really didn't appreciate the smell left in my truck. I don't even allow people to smoke or vape in any of my vehicles so why should they do it?

Hello, We had the crankshaft sensor replaced at your service center in Virginia about three weeks ago (Jeep Patriot). Unfortunately, the same issue has returned, and it seems the sensor may have been faulty or not the correct part. Could you please review this situation and advise on a refund or another solution under your warranty policy? Thank you for your help.

Gusler’s has been great for us. We bought out tires there and recently had them rotated. Both times have been great experiences. They are honest and helped us find a very good deal on tires.

Best garage in Franklin County hands down. I have taken several vehicles here for almost a decade and even my son's vehicle now. They are friendly, reasonable, fair prices, and most importantly do good work and will back up their work. Most mechanics I dealt with before discovering this place were shady and overpriced or would " magically " discover problems that may not even exist just to inflate the bill. This long standing business understands that honest, good work at a fair price will bring in repeat business and word of mouth profit far more than crooked, shady tactics ever could. Highly recommend.
