These are good people they will work with you if u have an issue or in need .down home friendly the Douglas and Pearson lots if u want to be treated rite go see them they in it to prove nothing but there good word there years open says it all ...

Illegally sold me a car that the state wouldn't let them title and put a tag on. After lying to me and letting me drive around illegally for 6 days risking a citation, they tell me they need the car back. Made me drop it off at their Pearson office leaving me stranded an hour away from home. Lost over $200 in the deal. Avoid this place like the plague.

The absolute worst dealership you could get a vehicle from and I’ve worked with and for a few. Snotty “I’m better than you, bratty” attitude from Alex and he is absolutely not for the people. Horrible and cold hearted character and should not work in customer service/sales. The WORST deal in Douglas without a doubt. He barely talks just looks at you and can’t really explain what’s going on. The Douglas location either needs better management or needs to close down. And don’t get me started on that assistant, “he’s” definitely a sell out. They might be dating.

If you're wanting to get in a vehicle this is the place to come. They will work with you to get you the kind of vehicle you want. They are personable people not just another salesman trying to get you to buy something. Their vehicles are dependable not just shiny to look good. If you have any problems, they'll take care of you. You'll not find a better deal anywhere in Douglas.
