Gutierrez Tires

Do not trust! Absolutely horrible customer service. The men there treat women poorly and disrespectfully. I have purchased at least 8 used tires from here and my last one was not a good tire. Didn’t last even 2 months and they refused to help replace it, even at a discount. They laughed and said if I pay $40 more they would put another tire that had cracks and gashes in it. Completely unsafe. Then I asked for the owners contact information and they refused to give it. Laughing at me as I stood there and they kept saying “just call for Gutierrez”. Never going there again. Do not trust their tires!

$740 for new truck tires , off brand , went back in 5 days to have them rebalanced and the same , 45, 56 , 61 shacking. Manger wanted to charge me another $25 each tire to rebalanced after he said I have a 40,000 warranty. I'll never shop for tires at this shop again.

This place IS NOT Gutierrez Tires, nor are they affiliated with them!! Do not go there and expect the same service!! You won't get it!!! Original Gutierrez tires was SOLD a few years ago And They haven't changed name !!

It bad service.i went Saturday he charge me $50 used tier and change the tie back go to the front but he did one the left side.don’t waste money this place

Bought tires and wheels there roughly 5 months ago, love them! Makes my Ram look awesome!! Today took it in for a rotation and check on a nail....no appointment needed, in & out and home in about an hour!
