The ladies at the front desk were kind and courteous, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Their professionalism set the tone for what turned out to be a very positive visit. The repair work itself was immaculate. The damage from my accident has been completely repaired, and my car genuinely looks brand new. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship. My only concern involves the back passenger-side window. I recently picked up my vehicle from this body shop and unfortunately left feeling disappointed. After getting home, I checked the inside of my trunk and noticed that a jewelry box and a jewelry store bag were missing. The bag contained my receipt, proof of purchase, and protection plan paperwork for a ring. Thankfully, the ring itself was not in the box, but the box and bag were gone. What concerned me even more was that two other jewelry boxes that were originally stored toward the back of my trunk had been moved to the very front of the trunk. This made it clear that the trunk had been opened and items were handled. There would have been no reason for those boxes to be moved otherwise. Don't be fooled folks. This is the worst body shop I have encountered in my lifetime. A simple front right dent for my car that was assessed and scheduled for completion in 5 days is currently in the third week and counting. The front desk girl named Carol is a disaster. She keeps shifting goal posts everytime we call. We explained our situation and we're on rentals all this time. I have never experienced such level of unprofessionalism and insensitivity to clients needs.

This is my 2nd time bringing my car here and I love how they work hard to get the job done! Ms Carol is the best with communication, I will recommend this location as the best location in the area 10/10 across the board!

Paul Gage (Body Shop Manager) is a breath of fresh air regarding customer service. I bought a new truck from Gwinnett Ford and it had a factory paint defect on the hood. Although it was an inconvenience having to repaint a hood on a brand new truck (and it took two times to get it right), Paul Gage cared about a quality finished product as much me (the customer). A business is only as good as the manager in charge, and Paul is an expert in his trade and cares about the details. As long as Paul is there, you are in good hands.
