DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO THIS DEALER! They damage parts of your car to force you to come back and charge you for the “repair.” I took my car in for a factory issue, and when they returned it, it was making a terrible noise. I brought it to my trusted mechanic, and he told me there were loose bolts in the front…which could eventually cause serious damage to the car!

I want thank the service department for their outstanding attention. Price Moore is an exceptional professional. He always makes things right when I visit the dealership , great service ! I had a great experience thanks to service manager William Rue. Highly recommend their services. I have been servicing my cars there for 8 plus years.

Do yourself a favor and buy a car from another place. These people will make you fill out finance applications, talk to them endlessly and then sell the car to someone else after you make plans to drive 5 hours to come purchase. They don't give you any decency as far as communication, you have to call them everyday to follow up. I wouldn't and don't trust them.

I have a daughter graduating from high school and things have been challenging with Covid 19. During these unprecedented times Gwinnett Place Nissan made my husband and I feel very safe and comfortable coming into the facility. They wore mask and prior to us coming they offered to have mask and gloves available for my husband and I. They had the vehicle that I wanted to test drive ready and sanitized. Even before we got in my sales person wiped down the door handles and steering wheel. I appreciated this because I’m high risk with Asthma. The sale went smooth as butter.
