I first went in December of last year to get my car smogged. Did not pass but Gary was great at letting me know what was wrong with it. (the check engine light needed to turn on/ then off when I turn on the ignition) We got it fixed 2 months later and I came back to get my smog done again. He gave me an appointment and when I took it he inspected it right away and it passed. Thank you for the quick service and friendly demeanor. Will be back again when I need service.

We have brought our vehicles to Gary at GWS since we moved to Chico in 2001. We would highly recommend GWS if you are looking for an honest and trustworthy shop at a fair price.

Actually this my first time owning a diesel truck, Darek was very helpful in explaining to me the exhaust system and how it works and what causing the system to clog up then explain how to drive it to keep the exhaust system clean as possible as you can from using the heat of the engine. It was very informative this shop is truly a AWESOME SHOP to keep you vehicle running at it’s top performance rather it’s gas or diesel. Keeping as a customer 4 life.

Took my box van in to have the starter checked. Got a call from Gary that the oil was due for a change. 2 birds one stone! He saved me an extra service trip. Always a good experience keeping all my vehicles maintained. Thanks Gary! & Derrick too!
