I’ve been coming to this tire shop for years, but after my recent visit, I won’t be back. When I arrived, I explained to one of the workers that I had a blowout on the freeway — the same tire I had them check about a week ago for low pressure. Instead of addressing the issue, he just denied being the one who looked at it, which didn’t help at all. Then the guy behind the counter claimed I gave him the wrong tire size over the phone, even though I’m sure I gave him the correct one. He tried to shift the blame, saying maybe he wrote it down wrong or maybe I quoted it wrong — either way, it was unprofessional. On top of that, they had to go get the tire because it wasn’t in stock, but never gave me an ETA or kept me updated. No communication whatsoever. Then, when they finally told me my car

Stopped in here today, and what a blessing! Staff was friendly and professional, listened to my needs, and they were the ONLY tire shop on Galloway from Town East and Galloway all the way through Davis and Galloway that even had a used 255 70R 16 tire! And, yes, I stopped at EVERY shop in between! Price was exceptionally fair, and I was in and out in 15 minutes! Kudos to you guys, you're doing it right!

Just went to discount tire for a punctured tire. Discount tire said It can’t be repaired, along with trying to sell me more tire and lug nuts. Came here and the gentleman took care of the puncture in less than 10 minutes. Will come here and never Discount tire again. Thank you!

They don’t stand behind their tire warranty. You might save a few dollars now, but will cost you more in the long run.

This is the best tire shop in Mesquite. Always fast and affordable. I have been happy to have them near my house.
