This company did a phenomenal job on my 2022 Corvette, C8 convertible! They were very professional and always communicated throughout the process to let me know the progress on this vehicle. They sent me videos to update me on how the work was being done. It was really hard as this was the first accident I was ever involved in, not my fault, but they made this process very easy. I called them a couple days after the incident, and they quickly got me in and started working on my Corvette. I can’t thank everyone enough in that shop for doing such a wonderful job. I’m sure I was a pain to deal with, but they were absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend them!

This place was recommended so we gave it a try. Our BMW rear quarter panel was crushed in which is a difficult place to fix. Insurance recommended they cut the entire area out and weld in another. i disagreed since structural integrity and safety would be lessened. I told PT I wanted them to pull the dents. They said they would try and gave us a 2 week turnaround. They did it in one week! And it looks like it never happened. Jennifer and her staff did an outstanding job! Highly recommended.

It didn't go well for me. They didn't want to be bothered. The estimate was much tire than anyone else's. It was way off from other estimates I mean thousands and thousands of dollars off. I'm not even sure if they gave me the right estimate for my car. I had to deal with a teenage girl and I really don't think she knew much of what she was doing. That was just my experience. I heard a lot of good things about this place but it wasn't good for me.

Excellent experience and outcome. The entire crew is professional and easy to communicate with. The owner, Jennifer, is hands on and extremely well versed and experienced. She made multiple recommendations that were perfect and much appreciated from a cost savings POV. They repainted the roof and hood on my daughter’s 2012 black car - looks outstanding. And they did a great job on my F150, repainted front end, repaired/painted my bumpers, tailgate, and Leer topper. Also upgraded my lights, side view mirrors and emblems, based on my requests. The staff was absolutely professional. I had an issue with my sunroof leaking, so I went to Personal Touch to get it fixed and see if I needed an estimate for insurance to repair anything serious. They were flexible with my appointment time, so I came in a bit early. I spent a total of about 20 minutes there, and they fixed the problem on the spot. They showed the epitome of small business customer service. They have a permanent new customer for anything that I may need that they can handle, and they have also earned a great referral from me.
