Haffner's Gentle Touch and Self Service Car Wash

Disgusting. Self wash spaces are muddy. Only 2 things that work on menu are high pressure rinse and soap. Other functions don't change when selected. Soap bush doesn't dispense soap and scratches. If this is how self service wash is, I definitely would not use their auto wash.

went through the car wash on April 22, noticed a few hours later circular scratch marks on my windshield. I returned to the car wash and filled out a complaint report and they took pictures, was told I would hear from them in a few days. Six days later I called the office since no one contacted me, gave info to someone who said they would have the manager call me. Still no calls from Haffner's. I'll have to file a report with the Better Business Bureau.

I love going here because the vacuum station is free and you get a discount on gas if you buy a car wash. So when I fill up I can take care of it all at one place!

Car wash is decent but the stench of standing or filthy water gets in the car and stays in the car. For that alone I don't feel like using the car wash.

Overpriced. Terrible wash. Windows were filmy and no wax was included in $11 fee. Im getting my hose out . This was the Salem NH carwash.
