Hagen Johnson Tank and Trailer Wash

I stopped in here at 8am to get a reefer trailer washed out. The young gentleman comes out and says it will be a little bit of a wait, they were eating breakfast. So I said ok no problem. At 8:20 he comes out opened the trailer door, I get out of my truck and go towards the office where another two guys come out to look at the trailer. The one guy with a burger in his hand still says it will be a $100 to wash out. I asked him why the charge since regular wash out is $65? He replied because look at all the dirt I’m putting down my drain. If the trailer was spotless I wouldn’t be needing a washout. Not to mention the trailer wasn’t even that dirty. Company is an absolute joke. They’re closed today, Friday, May 23, 2025 at noon. I’ve been calling him since 8 o’clock in the morning and it tells you to press option two Nobody answered the phone for two hours. I ended up pressing their Dispatch option one and they’re telling me that they’re open till 12 o’clock if I get there by 11, I’ll be OK When I get there by 11:06 and I’m approached by a gentleman that tells me sorry we’re closed and it’s only 11:06 AM. He says goes ask my manager ask his manager and he comes back. He said no we’re closed. Was a simple trailer wash out. No I’m not making the races, but I had a friend who called them up also and they told them they were still open while I was there.

Don’t waste your time they don’t do trailer. Wash Out’s lady was extremely rude.

Don't waste your fuel to get here!!! Called them up ahead of time to make they did reefer washouts...confirmed they did, then drove there just to be told their pressure washer was down!! Could have told me over the phone bl but.....NO!!!

I came here for a trailer washout but I was told they don't do washout anymore.
