I cannot possibly tell you how COMPLETELY satisfied I am with Hahn Automotive!!!!! They are the most professional, competent, and caring repair shop I've ever taken a vehicle to! And I've owned a TON of cars of all types in my 60 years! They identified a SERIOUS safety concern on my car that could have very likely been fatal if not addressed. Andrew helped me with my custom car. Incredibly knowledgeable, talented, outstanding customer service. All of it over and above what I had expected. Many calls while work went on to keep me apprised of progress. I will forever take my cars to Hahn. If you don't, your missing out!!! Thank you Andrew, and all of those at Hahn Automotive for your fine, fine work! It is truly a pleasure knowing that this kind of care still exists!

I recently brought my work van to Hahn Automotive after discovering water leaking inside during a heavy rainstorm. They were able to inspect the issue right away and quickly identified the source of the leak. The repair was done efficiently, and the van has been completely dry ever since—even through more bad weather. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciate their honesty, fast turnaround, and quality workmanship. I don’t know if this receptionist or mechanic who I spoke with over the phone was having a bad day or so, but definitely rude, not punctual. She didn’t explain much of why oil change cost $180 for my SUV, besides stating that, “yeah, we are not like chevron”. Which I don’t know what that means. She also said that she will call me back right away that she’s got a bad connection then, didn’t call back for 40mins. When I called back to follow up with the appointment to confirm, I informed her that she said she will call back and that didn’t happen. She didn’t apologize. Where is the manner and decency in local business? The whole time, nuance of her tone was condescending. It was close to my apartment and I was genuinely looking for a mechanic who will follow up with my regular maintenanc

Trustworthy men and women that I would recommend to anyone for their car service needs. My old truck needed to be evaluated for a suspected head gasket repair. They confirmed that suspicion within 30 minutes and informed me immediately. When I went to pay for the service, the kind woman up front waived it stating that it took very little time and not to worry about it. That was a surprise and a kind gesture I needed on that day.
