I've been dealing with Haiges for years and never been disappointed. They always seem to have the used piece of equipment I need when I need it. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable and can often diagnose issues with a quick phone call and get the correct parts on order. He has also solved some complicated equipment problems I've had. When I need parts, service, or equipment, Haiges is usually my first call.

Little mike in the parts department is a miserable human being. Rude and whiny like a child on the phone, My friends and I buy parts online due to his cantankerous, negative behavior. Unbelievable. Avoid calling and buying anything from the parts department at all costs, especially from this cranky little mike guy.

We have worked with Matt at for awhile, what an asset to the company! Definitely a great tech to work with. He takes the time to explain and make sure we are taken care of. He was a big part of getting our new washer installed at SSM Health. From scheduling the install, making sure the equipment was what was needed for our facility, and helping install the cycles needed, even if it wasn't his job. I was able to trust his judgement and make sure things were taken care of. Thanks Matt!

I have never been treated so poorly the way I was treated when I called to order parts for the first time. The parts guy was very rude and very impatient when responding to my questions regarding my washing machine. He acted as if he could care less and had no time for me. I called the manufacturer and asked if there was another dealer I could call for help. They pointed me to an out of state dealer who was much much nicer and helpful. I suggest calling elsewhere for parts.

this company is one of the most professional and competent companies we have ever worked with. Their knowledge and efficiency in fixing the service issue are incredible. Andy and staff are top notch.
