I wish I could give zero stars. This is by far the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. We were never informed that cleaning the windshield and front bumper would cost extra. When we went back to express our concerns, the only explanation given was that the employee who helped us was new. As a business owner myself, I find the lack of customer service and accountability unacceptable. Good businesses prioritize clear communication and customer satisfaction; this one did neither

(If zero stars were an option, I’d choose that.) The last time I came here was nine years ago, it was horrible then and still is now, I never returned because of awful service. I decided to give them another chance and stopped by today to get my car cleaned for the New Year. Figured must be new management after so long. The attendant at the front talked me into a VIP package, assuring me it included vacuuming, cleaning, and Armor All. After waiting over 40 minutes, I watched as my car was repeatedly skipped while other vehicles were finished. I eventually left with a dirty car, and a headache, and lost thirty something dollars! When I asked to speak with a manager and requested a refund for services not provided, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude and no attempt to reso

My husband took my car to get detailed and spent 125. They did an okay job as it is a family car with kids, it really needed the clean. We came on a saturday at 11am and they said it would be ready in 4 hours. We tried to call at 3 to see if it was ready and they didnt answer the phone or call us back after leaving a message. We came up at 4pm to pick up the car and were told to collect it from the back lot. There were a few crevices near the gear box that was still dirty but I chalked that up to them not having the right tools. There were some smudges that they also overlooked. The biggest issues: 1) The airbag light was on, I took it to the dealership who said the sensor under the seat was soaked and needed to dry out and it should turn off on it own once dry. It turned off on Tuesday.

It’s worth the price if you buy the booklet coupon, and sometimes you may need to supervise them when they vacuum and dry your car because they will miss a lot of areas. During weekends Expect more than 1 hour wait due to lack of manpower, your car will dry from the sun before anyone start to wipe it.

I left my wallet outside on bench with 2300 cash in it and it was late when I realized my wallet was gone. I went back at 8 am and they had my wallet with all the money in side . Honest people
