2 weeks ago I bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla from this dealership as an out-of-state buyer, and the experience honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Mickey Roach immediately got straight to business, no games, no workarounds, and handled every part of that process flawlessly. Mickey stayed in constant contact with me from start to finish and made the entire purchase efficient, clear, and stress-free. He’s genuinely someone you want guiding you through such a big decision. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at Hallmark Hyundai North. My salesman, Mr.Yuna Nichols was the absolute best. I've never had a car dealer who was so awesome and knowledgeable. I felt in my bones that he was not just putting on a show for the sale, he genuinely cared about my well-being and happiness. Whole visit was a cakewalk. Got there to look at one specific car and they gave me plenty of space and time to check it out. Noticed one issue and while I was out for a bit, they serviced and detailed the car and gave me all the information I needed on the car and pricing. Made the whole process very easy leaving no questions. Anna is amazing and a young man with glasses was awesome at helping me with pricing.

I had a great experience in getting my Palisade Limited. I went on their website and met The other people that worked Ana Atlas. I told her what I was looking for and she worked hard to help me find my car. She also helped me get my phone sinked to the car as well as helping me with the app. She showed me several things about the car and this was a big help. She literally did everything she could and then some to answer all of my questions. Ana is very good at her job and I plan to make sure I see her to chat, when I have to bring my car in for oil changes. She also introduced me to the ladies in the service department. The other people that work here were also very helpful and friendly. Thanks again to the Hallmark Hyundai North family.
