I don’t know who they got working in the back doing oil changes but they have no idea what they are doing I just tried to do my own oil change and can’t because whoever did it last put the filter on there so tight it won’t come off

Neutral on friendly not everyone there was on board to help or be kind. Another customer that was there when I was there asked them to change tv. No respond then they tells us gm has remote locked in office. I think 🤔 they were lying but that what I get for goin there. No machines for snacks or soft drinks 🤔 only water. Excuse I think 🤔 was the word for that. I believe customers should be treated alot better when your spending your money 💰 with business. I believe the saying is your customers makes tour pay checks

I just got my oil change and tire rotation a few days ago and the experience was nice. No snacks like it used to be but I enjoyed the atmosphere and nice courteous customer service.

Our salesman, Jay, was awesome. The finance team didn't take long. We were in and out within 1.5 hours.

They never answer the phone.
