Not only did they get our vehicle in to get it fixed quickly for their customer base, but they handled the full claim, kept us informed, and let us know about another issue that we had going on with our car that was unrelated to the deer. My new truck got damaged at a car wash and was told to take it here. They did a really good job and did it in a timely fashion. For the situation I couldn't be happier with their work. Nate did a good job at getting the estimate and got it back to me same day. This is my only vehicle so I greatly appreciated him! Thank you to everyone who worked on my truck!

AMAZING service!! Customer service was unparalleled. They were so kind to me and transparent about the whole process. I had to wait a few months to get my car in, which is completely normal and understandable. Once we got my car in, it only took 3 days for them to make the repairs!!! They also washed and cleaned the inside of my car, which was so incredibly nice!! I honestly felt like I had a brand new car again. Thank you, Halters!!!
