Want to start off by saying the staff is really friendly! But I went to get an alignment done after I replaced all 4 struts on my car and noticed some uneven tire wear. The car still drove perfectly straight. After I got my car back, I had to keep my steering wheel turned significantly to the right to go straight. Had to leave work early but I went back in to get it corrected and it's only slightly better - still noticeably off. Just gonna end up fixing it myself.

I was literally shocked at the quick service. Needed to confirm a slow leak in tire and within a minute he showed me. Quoted price for used/new tires and honored what he said. They kindly replaced my spare and screwed it back in. No more than 30 minutes. I'd go back. Thanks!!!

Terry Tire & Auto saved the day! We were visiting family in Conway and had a 10 hour drive ahead of us the next day. Jeff looked over our Honda after we heard a strange scraping sound when driving over 50mph. He quickly determined that it was an oil cover that came loose under the car and was scraping the pavement. He fixed it on the spot and saved us from delaying our trip home. Thank you, thank you Jeff!
