Brought in for a USAA auto insurance claim. Front driver end damages weren't horrible but needed repair. The new bumper and fender are better than before my accident! Everyone at the shop was great to work with and communicated the whole way. Took about a week or two and all was great! Only issue is my steering wheel isn't straight (going straight it tilts to left) and vehicle pulls SLIGHT right. But I have lifetime alignment at firestone so im not worried about it! Im sure if I brought it back they'd take care of it no questions but I dont live in Conway.

Working with this repair shop was the easiest part of being attacked in a road rage incident! I was very thankful that the staff was nice. The prices are resonable. The convenience of texting us with an estimated time of completion was appreciated, as well as finishing ahead of schedule and meeting us outside of buisness hours due to my husband working out of state Mon-Fri. My car came out looking brand new again. It was very clean inside too. I would definitely recommend for body/mechanical repairs.

These folks are top notch. Very pleasant to work with and did great work in my vehicle. It looked better than it did prior to the damages they repaired. Very professional and kept me informed throughout the process.

Came here on two recommendations to get some insurance work done and man am I satisfied. Amazing customer service and outstanding work. Got my truck back in mint condition and multiple days ahead of schedule.

These guys at Xtream are awesome! They have fixed my truck twice and I’m a fairly picky person ESPECIALLY when it’s an insurance claim and they have never disappointed. I also brought them a motorcycle tank that had a bad creased dent in it and they fixed the dent and had to do some paint repair and they matched it Perfectly!! I mean spotless! Give these guys a chance if your trying to pick a shop they’ve earned it
