Had my alternator changed and they were fast and professional about it. They even gave me a free ride home and back while the work was being done, which I really appreciated. I have had problems with mechanics in the past trying to overcharge me for work I didn't necessarily need. I Told them that I thought the problem was the starter or electrical to the starter on my old vibe. they diagnosed that it was in fact the starter, called me and told me they could fix it the same day... fixed it promptly. Didn't try to swindle me into more work on my car. The staff was very friendly and and they itemized everything I was charged for. No hidden costs or fees upon paying my bill. What else could you possibly ask for? I realize not all automotive problems are the same, but I would 100% recommend them for anything you might need that they can help with.

Car went in for 100,000 mile check up. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and absolutely the best. They kept in great contact. And their price was absolutely surprising very fair and honest would recommend them 100%!!! They went above and beyond. They're great great people

The people at Hamilton Automotive (HA) are amazing! Kind, easy to work with, etc. I had an appt within a week of calling. I arrived here after being told by a tire retailer that I needed a complete redo on all four brake assemblies. Everything. The mechanics at HA inspected my brakes and informed me they were completely fine. NO CHARGE at the end of the day. The honesty and integrity here are exceptional. It is a pleasure to find a mechanic shop that puts those values on top of hard work and expertise.

I had been driving since CA and got a flat coming into town. The owner was so kind and helped my husband and I get back on the road quickly, even though they were fully booked for the day.
