This review is long overdue ..but a huge shout out to Hailey and her crew! Takes the time to explain everything to me and make sure I am well taken care of! I have no plans of going anywhere else! These guys are awesome!

My wife came home after an oil change today. Said it was a good experience. Manager even reached out personally to make sure we were take care of. Seems like these folks are trying to do the right thing.

I am going to leave 5 stars because your team is awesome, friendly, and efficient. I have no reason to go anywhere else. However, it is the small things in life sometimes... I didn't buy windshield washer fluid because I was banking on getting it filled with my oil change. Gotta pinch our pennies where we can these days 🤑 I am sad to say that when I got my oil change, the windshield washer fluid was not filled for me, although it was marked as added. I am an easy going person, but I was very disappointed when I set out for a road trip and didn't have any windshield washer fluid. If it wasn't marked, I wouldn't be complaining. Just something to think about because it is a trust thing. It makes me wonder if the other services that are not so obviously seen are being marked off without comp

My sister recommended this business to me and I am so grateful that she did. Express Lube got my Toyota Tacoma in right away for its required maintenance and all points check. I just moved here from the Minneapolis area and even with a synthetic oil change & fluid top off, the cost of the service was hundreds of dollars less than what I paid in MN. The staff members were very friendly and the supervisor explained service options in rich detail. The complimentary car wash and dashboard dusting were pleasant surprises. I highly recommend. PS-- for a nominal fee, there were homemade goodies in the waiting area that tasted quite delicious.

The nice young man who changed my oil talked me into getting an engine flush. After looking this up, I realized he was upselling something the car didn't need. You just lost a customer.
