Tire-Rama

We have been customers for over 20 years. Mostly tires, but have had two trucks lifted, as well as airbag installation for our truck and camper and other services. We have nothing but good to say about Tire Rama. Since 2022, we have had two electric trucks, which are more difficult to deal with, since the position of their batteries requires special care in jacking and setting them up for tire installation and rotation. They have happily accommodated us, despite the extra effort and care required. All employees have been friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Joe Rimensberger and Kit Tilly

Had tires rotated at Hamilton shop. As soon as I drove away, I noticed a noise coming from front driver’s side wheel area that was NOT present before I took it in which can be heard inside the car. I went back and all of a sudden, my car needs an alignment. Was told that it “probably was making that noise before but I didn’t hear it because that tire was on the back of the vehicle. (Seriously? 🤦🏻‍♀️) Won’t go back there as this was not the first time I had bad service.

Just wanted to say that Jon (manager), AJ, Sean, and Jeff are so amazing. They really took care of me with new tires. Great shop, service, and great people.

Awesome customer service! We were in town visiting friends for Labor Day weekend and found one of the tires on our rental car slowly losing air. Since we’re roadtrippin’ the midwest we were worried to end up with a flat in the middle of nowhere. So we went to Tire-Rama before taking off towards our next stop. They found the root cause (nail in the tire) and fixed it immediately. We left as super happy customers!
