Hancock Used Tire

I saw some bad reviews about this place but my experience was awesome. The workers are welcoming and seem to be very down to earth. I got 3 tires changed and the tires they gave me were like brand new. I also got my tires balanced. I couldnt drive my car off the ramp and turn so one of the employees did it for me. What gentleman. I know his mama raised him right. I didn't have cash but I wish they had a tipping system where you can choose to tip. Thank you for the great experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

Perfect spot to get a quick fix tire. It wasn't too long of a wait and they have different quality tires including New. I got a tire from here last year that lasted the whole year with no issues. Got another one today for $40 and Jose was very quick and efficient. They charge $5 to take your old tire so its worth it

Most definitely minot good for business! Brought my car to get a new tire, car was running perfectly fine when I drove it in the garage, let me make it clear that I sat for at least 30 minutes with my car running of course because it was cold out, car was running perfectly fine. The guy comes to get me I’m assuming he doesn’t speak or understand English well because he has the next guy ask me if I wanted to take my tire or leave it which would be an additional charge. I said cool pay the man and proceeded to my car. At this point no one has said another word to me the 2 men stay where I left them. I turn on my car and instantly I can hear and feel the difference in my car, just to make sure I know my ears aren’t deceiving me and mostly hoping it’s another car in the garage that turned on s

This place is AWESOME These guys know their stuff and they are fast even with lines In and out that’s it Everybody is Spanish, but they do know some English. It can be a little intimidating, but they’re really great. I’m a girl and I go there by myself when I have to lol my daughter is 25 and she also goes there too by herself too lol and their prices can’t be you’re talking 30 to 40 bucks for a used tire. They’re really good tires. And they’re honest I went in today to go buy a tire and they told me the tire is good. I don’t need a tire. It’s probably just my bearing unfortunately the tire had already been taken off and taken off the rim so they had to charge me 15 bucks for that, but they could’ve charged me more for buying a whole tire And then they could’ve kept my tire and

Hancock Used Tire is the best! I blew a tire on the curb at the rotary at St. James and Talbot, right in front of their place. I was going to go to Tire Warehouse in West Springfield, but I would have had to make an appointment. These guys fixed me up with a fine used Firestone tire within 15 minutes while I relaxed in their cozy waiting room! Only 35 bucks.
