I am incredibly grateful to Carl for his exceptional service when my family and I needed help. On a Saturday evening, despite the perfect weather, Carl dropped everything to assist us. Our SUV broke down unexpectedly, but fortunately, we were in a safe location. Carl quickly diagnosed the issue as a fried alternator and immediately set out to find the replacement part. He communicated clearly and transparently about the problem and his recommended solution. Not only did he retrieve the new alternator, but he also worked diligently and patiently on our vehicle. I highly recommend Carl for any vehicle repairs you may need. His service is amazing, and his prices are great!

Carl came out on Sunday around 5pm, arrived within an hour of my initial call. My car was not starting and having some problems relating to the ignition. He ran a diagnostic scan of my car and essentially corrected/reset some internal computer settings related to the ignition/cranking. This then allowed my car to turn on properly and I haven't had a problem since. This task should have been done by another repair shop when they put in a new alternator and battery, as things can get out of sync after doing so. He only charged me the diagnostic fee and I was on my way to complete a road trip. Thankful for his quick help!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my rotors off, said they had to be machined, left and never came back. Had me pay him $400 for the job and to go get them machined and he never came back. Has blocked me on everything and owes me my stuff. I don’t even have the vehicle anymore, its been that long. He had talked to me to work it out then completely ghosted me. Don’t use him. Also when he showed up, had no tools of his own, used all mine. He said he went to jail and got out and said he spent my money.

Handy Mobile mechanic came out to my location and tried to do a diagnostics with a device not much bigger than my cellphone as to why the Dual radiator fans were not turning on as they should. I told him that I had recently installed a brand new radiator, replaced a thermostat, and an engine coolant sensor. He spent approximately 35 to 40 minutes running his diagnostic, and more or less advised to replace everything that I just installed new. He did have the Dual radiator fans turn on with his diagnostic so I already knew that the fans do operate. Since he acted dumbfounded about why my radiator fans were not turning on, I asked him what he would charge me to install a new AC control panel of which I had in my Pickup Truck that I purchased from GM. Carl was AMAZING!! I called him Tuesday afternoon around 3 and he was out the very next morning but offered to come out the same day! He is fast, honest, and very efficient!
