Brandon Wells was phenomenal! This is my second car with this dealership and I must say they exceeded expectations, yet again!! Brandon was easy to work with, listened to my concerns and was very customer focused. Pay him a visit at Hanna Imports. You won't be disappointed. Came back to add an addendum to my review. Sammy Triesh has been super helpful, not only with my current car, but helping with completing the needed paperwork for the total loss on my first vehicle I purchased from them. A situation that would have been extremely stressful, is not as stressful due to his assistance. I will recommend this dealership.

I had a wonderful experience working with Andrew to trade in my Subaru Crosstrek for an Outback! I got what I was asking for trade in value and the process was seamless from the test drive to the paperwork. Shout out to Alex and James as well! Austin was our Salesperson. He was so cheerful, well mannered, and friendly. He met us on the lot to assist. As we entered the building Austin offered us coffee and water. He explained the location of the restroom. Austin made us feel totally at ease and welcome. He listened to my ramblings of wants and needs in a new car. The best dealership I have worked with! I had the pleasure of working with Ciara, I had already looked at the cars on their website and let her know which ones I was interested in. She had them pulled up so I could see them in person and test drive the ones that I was interested in while they worked on the appraisal for my trade. Everything was upfront and honest there was no kind of haggling prices are below market value so you’re getting a great deal and they come with a warranty! I had already been preapproved from my bank, and Ciara made the transaction effort effortless. My girlfriend will be home from the deployment at the end of the year, and we will be back to purchase her vehicle and I also have three teens who we will be purchasing vehicles for in the next couple of years as well
